Kate Albon is the founder and director of KMA Legal Recruitment. She first started her career in legal recruitment in 2013 after studying law at the University of Surrey and completing her LPC with a distinction.
In her previous role, Kate was awarded 1st place in the UK for ‘exceptional perm consultant’ for 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.
Kate is passionate about finding talented individuals for clients and supporting candidates in finding new challenging roles where they will grow and develop.
